AustraliaWorks in the opposite way to most other cat litter. Pellets break down when met with moisture, whilst faeces tended to just sit on top. Instead of being able to sift out clumps of urine, first, you must scoop off the faeces and then sift out pellets which are fully intact, to reveal the dirt like substance that needs to be cleaned from the tray. Furthermore - does nothing to mask odours - is noisy - pellets are too heavy for the vacuum cleaner - pellets hurt when you step on them - think lego block I was so relieved when I finally got through the second 15kg bag (which was purchased in a bundle of two) and I think the cat was much happier too.
