    Order Updates

    When you place an order with RSPCA Victoria, you will receive a confirmation email. (This can sometimes find its way to the junk mail folder.) In this email, there will be a link to view your order.
    This will take you to the order status page where you can find any order updates such as your order summary and tracking updates.

    If you have ordered an item designed to be worn by your pet and it does not fit, you can exchange this item either in store at our Burwood East location, or by posting the item back to us at:

    You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • Your item must be in the original packaging

    • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

    Who to call?

    RSPCA Victoria Inspectors are authorised to investigate animal cruelty reports defined by the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (POCTAA) 1986. Find out when to contact RSPCA Victoria, and when your complaint should be directed elsewhere. The Inspectorate receives over 10,000 reports per year and is one of the key Victorian agencies that is authorised to investigate animal cruelty.
