    RSPCA Victoria’s Online Shipping - General Information

    While we attempt to fulfil all orders as soon as possible please be aware that some orders may take up to 3 business days to be fulfilled and ready for pick up or delivery.

    Aus Post: Applicable to most Metro and major regional areas including, but not limited to, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide. Please note all shipping deadlines are determined directly by Australia Post.  RSPCA Victoria is not responsible for Australia Post shipping schedules.

    Domestic Shipping Rates

    RSPCA Victoria delivers using Australia Post eParcel. Shipping charges are based on weight and size of your order, as well as region your item will be shipped to.  Australia Post eParcel shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout.

    Please note: RSPCA Victoria cannot ship an item heavier than 20kg. If an order containing multiple items goes over the parcel weight limit, we will split the order into multiple parcels.

    In-store pickup

    You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at RSPCA VIC Burwood East. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please wait for this email notification before arriving in store to collect your item/s.

    Our in-store pickup hours are:
    8:00am – 8:00pm on Mondays - Fridays.
    9:00am – 5:00pm on Saturdays - Sundays
    Please have your ‘order is ready for pickup’ email with you when you come.

    Please note: We rely on our generous volunteer workforce for picking and packing your order. Our warehouse is manned from Monday - Thursday 9am - 4pm. Orders placed outside of this time frame will not be ready for pickup until the following Monday. 

    International Shipping

    RSPCA Victoria does not ship or process orders internationally.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    RSPCA Victoria uses Australia Post for all online couriered deliveries. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at onlinestore@rspcavic.org.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
