    Thank you to everyone who entered our Boredom Buster competition – we’ve had a delicious time reading each imaginative KONG stuffing recipe.

    My go to recipe is to dice a fresh banana, then freeze it. Once frozen, add the banana cubes to peanut butter and stuff the kong as full as possible. It makes getting the peanut butter out just that much harder.
    To make it slightly healthier, you can also blitz an apple to purée and add that to the peanut butter mix.

    Classic Peanut Butter & Banana Crunch

    This recipe take on a KONG Classic is a great starting point for dogs of all enrichment levels.

    The multiple textures helps keep your dog entertained while providing a rewarding, tasty experience.

    We started by adding in a sprinkle of the KONG Farmyard Friends to get this multi layer reward started*. We avoided using a paste straight away to keep the difficulty level low, and enabling good airflow through the KONG classic while your dog enjoys their toy.

    We then added the mashed bananas to help keep our Farmyard Friends in place, followed by the Low Fat Greek Yoghurt.

    Adding in the diced apples to aid in an initial reward and sealing with the KONG Stuff'N paste to keep all of the delicious treats inside the KONG.

    • 20 g KONG Farmyard Friends BBQ Chicken
    • ½ Mashed Banana
    • 2 Tablespoon Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
    • ½ Diced Apple
    • 1 ½ Swirl KONG Peanut Butter Stuff'N All Natural Peanut Butter

    Instructions

    1. Holding the KONG Classic upside down, place KONG Farmyard Friends treat inside the large opening of the KONG.
    2. Spoon in the Mashed Banana and Greek Yoghurt so it covers the KONG Farmyard Friends
    3. Pour in the diced Apple one small handful at a time, until the KONG is almost filled
    4. Seal the rest of the toy plus the large opening with the KONG Stuff'N Peanut Butter

    Amber's Summer Surprise

    • ¼ Mashed Banana
    • 2 ¼ tbsp Low Fat Greek Yoghurt

    1. Spoon cucumber, watermelon, banana and yoghurt into a KONG Classic dog toy. Let your pup enjoy the refreshing summer flavours while enticing their taste buds!

    • 1 tbsp Chopped Ham
    • 1 tbsp Shredded Tasty Cheese
    • 1 tbsp KONG Easy Treat Bacon & Cheese

    Instructions

    1. Spoon KONG Farmyard Friends, ham, and shredded cheese into a KONG Classic dog toy. Top with KONG Easy Treat Bacon and Cheese. To increase difficulty of treat, mix the KONG Farmyard Friends, ham, cheese and KONG Easy Treat together to create a paste combination.
