Adaptil Calm Anxiety Collar

ADAPTIL Calm Collar helps dogs adjust to new environments, reduces stress- or anxiety related behaviour and improves socialisation.

• Triggered by the dog’s body heat, the collar comes in two sizes and fastens easily with a convenient buckle
• Remember to check the collar is not too loose so that body heat can release the pheromones; and does not get too tight as the puppy/dog grows
• Should not be used when the dog is swimming, remove and replace when coat is dry
• Effects are more limited when dogs are already highly aroused. In challenging situations, do not wait until
signs of stress are observed before using the collar New dogs: Ideal for use when collecting new dogs
from a re-homing shelter.

During training and socialisation: Use during socialisation period (3-12 weeks); for puppies, fit during the first vaccination appointment and provide another collar for later use. Especially useful when training working dogs.
In kennels and re-homing centres: Fit as soon as possible and ideally before introduction to the environment

How to use:
Just put the collar around your dog’s neck and adjust it.
Then leave the collar on your dog continuously for one month (except during shampooing and swimming in swimming pools) One collar provides 4 weeks constant support.
Small size collar fits neck up to 37.5 cm, for dogs up to approximately 15 kg
Large size collar fits neck up to 62.5 cm, for dogs up to approximately 50 kg
